Qn 2. How would I be able to obtain the Certification for Courses I take?
Ans. Not all courses have certifications. Certifications are normally awarded to people who pass the assessment for IT related courses. For these certifications, you are advised to log on to http://www.prometric.com (The official website of Thomson Prometric) to get full information on how you may be certified.

Qn 2. In my Second Cycle, will I be given a new Membership Number? If yes, how will I be able to keep track of all my Numbers?
Ans. Yes, you will be given a new Membership Number upon completion of each Cycle. However, your password will remain unchanged. The System will keep track of ALL your Numbers; all you would need to do is log in with your Existing Membership Number and ALL connected/related Numbers, (including the most current one) will be accessible to you. Qn 2. Would I need to login once each day or can I do my logins all at one go?
Ans. You may login in at any time of any day, and for as many times a day as you wish.

Qn 4. Is there any additional bonus payable if I login more than 30 times in any given month?
Ans. No, but you are more than welcome to do so.

Qn 6. If my frontlines do not login 30 times in a particular month, do I still qualify to receive the overriding US$6?
Ans. Yes, you will be paid the $6, but they will not receive their US$12.

Qn 8. If my Unit has gone into the 2nd cycle, will I receive potentially $24 every month for the units in the 2nd cycle?
Ans. Yes, you will receive a Free Unit each time you enter a new cycle, the Free Units count as an independent Unit by itself and qualifies you to receive the Bonuses, provided you have logged in for EACH and EVERY UNIT the required 30 times in a month.
